Shoulder Stretch

1.   Kneel on the floor and place your hands on top of a bench or chair.

2.  Move away from the bench or chair until your arms are straight.

3.   With both arms straight, slowly lower your torso toward the floor.

4.   Hold for thirty seconds at the point of maximum stretch.
