Corrections to The Mind-Body Makeover Project
On page 98 (under the "Karvonen Formula") Step 4 should read as follows: Multiply your HRR by 0.65 to 0.85 (0.65 if you're not in good shape, 0.85 if you are). Then add your resting heart rate (RHR) to the result. The result will be your optimum target heart rate (THR).
